I am one of the first graduates in the country to receive a Masters in Yoga Therapy from an accredited University.  Yoga Therapy is an evidence based integrative treatment that can benefit many conditions including: stress management, chronic pain, sleep issues, back pain, arthritis, osteopenia/osteoporosis, anxiety, depression, energy and mood. I weaves my yoga therapy knowledge into my group classes to offer deeper insight on how to be well as your body ages. Expect a class that allows for curiosity, playfulness and nurturing- tuning into your body to more fully connect with your authentic self and move with flow and ease both on and off the mat.
