Like many others, Morgan first came to yoga for the physical exercise, wanting to sweat and feel challenged during a workout, though it didn’t take long to figure out that yoga was so much more than just another exercise craze. The lessons learned on the mat quickly began showing up in everyday life. For Morgan, yoga is a way to cultivate mindfulness, balance, and most importantly, self-love. As a teacher, she truly believes that yoga can heal and transform the mind, body, and spirit, and she aims to help students explore a deeper connection with themselves through the breath and proper alignment of postures.
