Awaken Wellness was founded in Columbia with a simple mission: to offer thoughtful, effective care that helps people feel better and function better. Through acupuncture, massage therapy, and nutritional counseling, we’ve supported our community with care that is personal, evidence-informed, and genuinely compassionate.
For more than 16 years, we’ve helped thousands of people in Howard County and the greater Baltimore area seek relief from chronic pain, stress, digestive issues, fertility challenges, and more. Many come to us after trying other approaches and still not feeling like themselves.
